we WILL be using xbox 360 whether we draft or use regular teams. you can get player ratings either way from........http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/810/810854p1.html........click on the team the player plays for and use his overalll rating.....

Actually, I might be willing to do it. But on one condition, if I don't have to post all the defenders that get like 1 tackle and no INT's, sacks, etc... and I don't have to post like the QB's that get like a yard rushing or like a FB that gets 3 yards... so if I can slack on the little stuff like this, then I would be willing to do the sim with the updated ssn rosters that I downloaded onto my PS2.

Please, I know it is tough, but we cannot keep flip-flopping, it is getting ridiculous, we still need 15-20 GMs, and we really need to set this shit straight because even more people are going to leave soon if we do not get some stability and order in here, so essentially what I am saying is, are you doing it or not?

Alright because all this flip-flopping is really hurting the league, we already lost about 15 guys and we cannot afford to lose anymore, we need to get a few things set up ASAP.

1.Who will be simming?
2.What system will we be simming on?
3.When can we start trading?
4.When will we start the preseason?
5.Will we allow trades after Week 6?
6.How will we recruit 15 GMs?
7.Will we start the season without all the spots filled?
8.Will we try and sim very quickly through the season and then use the NCAA Draft Class for the draft instead of waiting until Madden '09?
9.How will FA work?
10.How will re-signing players work?

I have my own answers to everyone of these questions, but I think these are being passed over quickly when these are essential to the success of the league.

Mike, calm yourself, I have an unlimited amount of resources to get people lol... one way or the other, these will get answers, as they say, with patience comes greatness... lol!

We were suppodsed to start the season a week or 2 ago, but the draft fell through, we lost 15-20 members, which is a ridiculous amount, if you had an unlimited amount of resources to get people we would have more than 42 registered members, I am not getting excited, it is just that no one has a sense of urgency that if we do not get started within a week, all this hard work will be lost.

No Mike, no it will not, even if I have to recruit everyone again and post everyone's DC so they don't have to, it will not go to waste. Trust me, you guys make such a big deal about recruiting, to me it's the easiest thing in the world lol
